Demea Sustainable Investment announces the closing of an investment in Zonnepark Lanakerveld, a Ready-to-Build project near Maastricht in the Netherlands, which combines a solar park of 45 MWp with a 25 MW / 100 MWh battery energy storage system to provide additional flexibility to the Dutch electricity system.
Demea SI, through the Climate Infrastructure Fund, and Enovos Green Power have jointly invested in the project company Zonnepark Lanakerveld B.V., with ING acting as debt financing provider.
