Antofenol, created in 2014 in Plestan by Fanny Rolet, specializes in the production of a molecular complex with antifungal biocontrol properties, Antoferin: a natural alternative to chemical fungicides for the treatment of crops, produced from plant biomass. Antoferine is extracted from vine wood using an innovative eco-extraction process.
