Demea Invest has been committed since its inception to promoting Environmental, Social and Governance criteria as key elements for achieving sustainable performance. Demea Invest works alongside all its stakeholders to develop responsible investment practices. ESG is embedded in our investment processes: we have a dedicated ESG team, ESG Ambassadors, and we support the executives of our portfolio companies in developing their responsible practices.

Industry pioneer

Demea Invest was a pioneer and leader in the sector, contributing to the creation of France Invest's "industry and ecological transition committee".

Signatory of leading initiatives

Demea Invest is a signatory of numerous initiatives such as UN PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment), CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), iC20 and The Shift Project.

Committed to gender parity

Demea Invest has been particularly committed to gender parity, initiating France Invest's "women in private equity club" and signing the France Invest, Sista and Billion Dollar Club for Women charters, as well as organising a workshop on "Women leaders and investors, creators of value and performance" for all our employees.

Preserving biodiversity

Since 2019, Demea Invest has also committed to associations dedicated to preserving biodiversity, such as Plantons pour l'Avenir and, more recently, Finance for Biodiversity and the Surfrider Foundation.

Climate action

In 2020, Demea Invest also joined Leaders for Climate Action, a community of entrepreneurs and investors united for climate action.

Solidarity

Demea Invest has supported the work of the Food Banks since 2015 and takes part each year in the National Collection for the Food Bank of Paris and Île-de-France.

2020

In 2020, and for the second consecutive year, Demea Invest received the award from Swen Capital Partners for the best management company in terms of ESG practices in the Small cap category.

2025

In 2025, Demea Invest received a five-star score from the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
