Woodtechno

Woodtechno is an industrial company which recycles the by-products of sawing wood (sawdust, shavings, chips) into pellets for use in stoves and boilers. The company offers a breakthrough innovation for the manufacture of these pellets, based on an extrusion process. This process avoids the pre-treatment steps of the raw material, saves up to 75% energy compared to traditional granulation processes and transforms both softwood and hardwood co-products. Woodtechno, in a circular economy logic, will thus provide access to direct and eco-efficient valorization of their co-products to sawmills, regardless of their size and the species of wood used.
