Eifficentre is a project company dedicated to the execution of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) awarded to the Eiffage group by the Center Regional Council. The CPE covers the design, financing, execution of work and operation with an energy performance objective of 18 high schools and administrative buildings in the region.
