Demea Sustainable Investment announces its first infrastructure investment in Spain via the Climate Infrastructure Fund

Demea Sustainable Investment (formerly Demeter Investment Managers) announces the completion of the 11th transaction of the Climate Infrastructure Fund, marking the Fund's first infrastructure investment in Spain.

The investment concerns three industrial infrastructure assets dedicated to the circular economy, located in Spain and currently in the construction and commissioning phase. These facilities rely on advanced pyrolysis technology, processing non-recyclable waste streams that would otherwise be landfilled into value-added secondary resources such as pyrolysis oil and char.
